Seven years before the dawn of Final Fantasy VII, the Shinra Company is the world’s dominant force. Shinra’s power stems from a monopoly on mako energy and unsurpassed military prowess driven by SOLDIER, an elite group of combat operatives. Those part of SOLDIER first-class are the envy of the country. Zack is a SOLDIER second-class who longs to move up. When a large number of first-class operatives disappear during a mission, Zack is part of the team sent to unlock the mystery.
Crisis Core’s real-time battles are enhanced with the Digital Mind Wave system, which lets you trigger special attacks or call Final Fantasy summons. [Source]
